The Commissioner for Information and Communications, Hon Kingsley Fanwo and the entire staff of the ministry, have congratulated His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo and the good people of Kogi State on another annual celebration as Kogi marks 33 Years Anniversary.
The Hon Commissioner commended the past leaders especially the immediate past governor His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for the massive infrastructural development, and the citizens for the peaceful co-existence since the creation of Kogi State on 27th August, 1991.
Speaking further, he praised His Excellency, Governor Usman Ododo, for taking remarkable steps to reshape the state’s economy and create a conducive environment for both local and international investors, urging them to seize the golden opportunity and flock to Kogi State describing the state as the Confluence of Opportunities, assuring investors that their investments would not only be safe but also yield substantial returns.
Hon Fanwo maintained that Governor Ododo’s victory at the Supreme Court on 23rd August, 2024 was a testament of the Kogites’ decision during the Governorship Elections of 11th November, 2023, to further catapult the state to the next level of greatness in terms of socio-economic and infrastructural developments, assuring the people of the state of good governance under the administration of Governor Ododo.

Hon. Fanwo, on behalf of the entire Ministry, once again, congratulate His Excellency, on the Supreme Court Judgement delivered on 23rd August, 2024 believing that it is a testament of the Kogites’ decision during the Governorship Elections of 11th November, 2023.
He appealed to the good people of Kogi State to collaborate, irrespective of political, religious or tribal differences, to support Governor Ododo for the rapid socio-economic development of the State.
