The Kogi state governor, Alhaji Ahmed Ododo has approved taken over of Cottage Hospital Ogidi-Ijumu.
In a letter address to the National President Ogidi Development Union. CO Community Hall, Agegbe Ogidi-ljumu by the state Ministry of Health signed by Enehe Dorcas Omeneke (Mrs.) Permanent Secretary for Hon. Commissioner for Health Kogi state
read as follows, “I am directed to inform Ogidi Community in Ijumu LGA that His Excellency. Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo the Executive Governor of Kogi State has approved and directed that the management and operations of Cottage Hospital Ogidi in Ijumu LGA be taken over by the state.
“The State Government through the Ministry of Health appreciates the contributions of your community to health care delivery in your community and the surrounding communities. You are further encouraged to sustain your commitment toward improving health care services.
