The Executive Secretary State Emergency Management Agency(SEMA), Alh Mouktar Atimah, has joined millions of Kogites and Nigerians at large to felicitate with Hajia Habibat Tijani Onumoko on her auspicious birthday.
In a statement personally signed by him, the Kogi SEMA Boss said “Today we are not just celebrating an amazing woman with a heart of gold, we are also giving thanks to God Almighty for His protection upon her life.
