400 Get Free Medicare In Ogori in Honour Of Late Madam Eunice Ayeni
Over 400 people have benefited from a two day free medical outreach and treatment organized in honor of late Madam Eunice Olade Ayeni, Nee Alao in Ogori community in Ogori-Magongo Local Government Area of Kogi state.
The free medicare included general check up and treatment of various ailments.
Speaking to newsmen at the end of the free medicare, the organiser and wife of the son of the deceased, Mrs Sandra Ayeni said the programme was organized in honour of mama , as she loved to help those in need.
She described mama as a good and a peace loving woman who loved everyone regardless of how they treated her.
Mrs Ayeni said her late mother in-law was a nutritionist who was mindful of what she eat stressing that the programme was put together to help those who could not readily access medical care in view of the deteriorating and non affordability of health care in the community.
She encouraged those who had the wherewithal to organize free medicare once a year to help the aged and young people in the society get medical care.Late Madam Eunice Olade Ayeni Nee Alao who died on the 14th of October 2024 would be laid to rest on Friday 28th of February, 2025.
