EID-EL-ADHA: KOSEMA BOSS, MOUKTAR ATIMAH GREETS MUSLIMS.
The Executive Secretary, Kogi State Emergency Management Agency (KOSEMA), Alh Mouktar Atimah, has congratulated all the Muslim Ummah in Kogi State, Nigeria and the world on the successful celebration of Eid-el-Adha. He called on citizens to put the interest of the State above personal interests and use religion as a motivation for the love of our common humanity.
In his Sallah message through his Media team, called on Muslim Ummah and Kogites to reflect on the teachings of sacrifice and unity, reassured them that Governor Ododo’s administration caliberated as ADVANCED NEW DIRECTION PROJECT is prioritising their social and economic well-being, setting the State on a firm pedestal of growth and development.
While congratulating Muslims on successful celebration of this significant sacrifice in remembrance of Prophet Ibrahim’s devotion to God, he used the opportunity to call on residents to promote harmony, pray for peaceful living, progress, and sustainable development for the State.
He also, appealed to all Kogites to support the less previlleged in the society and bring smiles to their faces through our brotherhood, compassion and love.
Finally, “may Allah (SWA) turn our efforts, expectations and prayers to reality”. Atimah added.
