The Executive Secretary Kogi State Emergency Management Agency (KOSEMA), Alh Mouktar Atimah, has joined millions of Kogites and Nigerians at large to felicitate with His Excellency, former Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello, CON, on his auspicious birthday celebration.
