One Year After, Killers of Kogi Woman Leader Still Shielded From Justice – PDP

Security operative are still unable to arrest the killer the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Women Leader in Ofu Local Government of Kogi State, Mrs Salome Abuh who was burnt alive in her Ochadamu country home.
The party members are lamenting that the security operatives have abandoned the search for her assailants, making her death during the November 16, 2019 being in vain
Kogi PDP Publicity Secretary, Mr Bode Ogunmola, on Tuesday, in Lokoja said the killers of late Mrs Abuh are still shielded from justice.
Ogunmola while lamenting on the sad development noted that, the party would continue to remember late Mrs Abuh for her courage, commitment, forthrightness and doggedness during the November 2019 Governorship Election, in the state.
The party scribe described the deceased as a wife, mother and a true Patriot whose love for the state remains unrivalled with unquenchable love for the party and the state and an Amazon who paid the supreme price for democracy and good governance.
According to Ogunmola, “Mrs Abuh was a martyr, political celebrity, an institution who suffered this fate for Democracy in Nigeria.
“The PDP will forever remember the deceased for her sacrifice to enthrone good governance,”.
It could be recalled that Late Mrs Abuh was burnt alive on 17th November, 2019 during the Kogi State Governorship were incumbent Governor Alhaji Yahaya Bello was elected to pilot the affair of the state for another four years.
